How to measure your feet
Place a sheet of paper on a flat floor against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Put your weight on that foot.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil. Repeat for your other foot.
Use a ruler to measure the distance between the wall and the mark in centimeters. Go with the larger of your two feet and find the matching size in the table above. We recommend measuring at the end of the day.
