How Do I Return?
Create your return request
Sign in to your account, open the order and select the items you want to return. You can create a request within 14 days of delivery.
Wait for approval
We review your request within 1 business day and email you once it's approved. Please don't ship the item before approval.
Ship the item
Pack the item in its original box and take it to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch. Tell the clerk the codes below — shipping is on us.
Get your refund
Once the item reaches us and is checked, the refund is initiated within 10 days at the latest. Depending on your bank, it may take 2-3 weeks to appear on your card.
Free Returns with Yurtiçi Kargo
At the branch, just tell the clerk the two codes below. Nothing to print — we cover the shipping cost.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be created within 14 days of delivery (right of withdrawal).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original box and packaging, with the invoice. Trying them on at home is of course fine.
- Return shipping is on us. When you ship with our code from a Yurtiçi Kargo branch, you won't be charged.
- Items with damaged original packaging and items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons are excluded from returns.
- Unapproved return shipments are not accepted. Please create your request from your account first.
- For a size or color exchange, the fastest way is to return the item and reorder the one you want — that way your size is reserved while it's in stock.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can write to customer service to cancel. If your item arrived missing, wrong or damaged, create a return request and also drop us a line — we'll speed things up. Full details in our Cancellation & Return Policy.
