Melissa Rewards is our free loyalty program where you earn points from your purchases and a few small actions. 1 point = 1 TL; convert the points you collect into discount coupons and use them on your next orders.
All you need to do is create a free account. As soon as your membership is complete, you receive 200 points (worth 200 TL) as a gift.
You earn 200 points for signing up, 10 for every 100 TL you spend, 500 on your birthday and 200 for following us on Instagram. When you refer a friend, you both receive a 500 TL discount coupon.
1 point = 1 TL. For example, 100 points become a 100 TL coupon and 400 points a 400 TL coupon. You can convert your points into coupons at any time from the rewards panel in your account.
After logging in, you can see your points balance in the rewards panel and create a discount coupon worth 100 / 200 / 400 TL for 100 / 200 / 400 points. Simply apply the coupon at checkout; there is no minimum cart amount.
Order points are added to your account once your order is completed. Points for returned orders are deducted.
Add your date of birth in the rewards panel of your account; on your birthday, 500 points (worth 500 TL) are automatically credited. We recommend adding the date at least 30 days before your birthday.
Your tier rises automatically as your total points earned grow: Melissa Club (on joining), Melissa Silver (1,000 points in total) and Melissa Gold (2,500 points in total). Tiers are calculated on total points earned, regardless of points spent — creating a coupon never lowers your tier. You automatically receive 250 bonus points on reaching Silver and 750 on reaching Gold; Gold members enjoy free shipping on every order.

No, your points don't expire. If the program terms ever change, we'll let our members know in advance.
Yes. Reward and referral coupons apply to your whole cart, are valid on sale items and have no minimum spend. Only one coupon code can be used per order; this is checked automatically at checkout.
