By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that they undertake to pay the price of the ordered product as well as any additional charges specified, such as shipping fees and taxes, where applicable.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below.

MINISTER: The Minister of Trade
MINISTRY: The Ministry of Trade
LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (Türkiye)
REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, carried out in return for a fee or benefit
SELLER: Mareas Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial activities
BUYER: Any natural or legal person who acquires goods or services for purposes other than commercial or professional ones

ORDERING PARTY: Any natural or legal person who requests a product through the SELLER’s website
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER
AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement
GOODS: The movable property that is the subject of the purchase.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the www.melissa.com.tr

The prices listed on the Site are the sale prices. They remain valid until updated.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1 Information and Acceptance

The BUYER acknowledges having read and been informed of the basic characteristics of the product subject to the Agreement, the sale price, the payment method, and the delivery details on the www.melissa.com.tr
website.

9.2 Delivery Time

Products are generally shipped within 1-5 business days, without exceeding the legal 30-day period.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the BUYER at the time of order.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by email or in writing within this period.

11. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products made to the customer’s personal specifications

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Products whose packaging has been opened and that cannot be resold

12. DEFAULT

If the BUYER defaults on a payment made by credit card, the provisions of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the issuing bank shall apply.

13. COMPETENT COURT

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts (Türkiye) have jurisdiction over disputes.

14. ENTRY INTO FORCE

The BUYER, by placing an order and making payment through www.melissa.com.tr
, is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
